Chief Executive Officer

Kerry has been the Chief Executive of Depaul since 2007, and was previously the Director of Services with the charity for 18 months. Under her leadership the organisation has tripled in size, and has been awarded Investors in People Gold and Investors in Volunteers in ROI and NI.

Kerry has been working in the field of homelessness for over 20 years in London, Glasgow, Dublin and Belfast, in a range of statutory and voluntary sector roles. She holds a Masters in Social Work from Glasgow University and a Masters in Voluntary Sector Management from Cass Business School, City University London.

Whilst developing the work of Depaul in Ireland, Kerry is also part of the Senior Management Group for Depaul International and has supported development within the group, particularly supporting the work in Ukraine. Kerry was also a member of the International Commission for Systemic Change for the Vincentian family, currently Famvin Homeless Alliance.

Kerry is a Board member of Túath Housing Association in the Republic of Ireland. She has held Other Board positions including CO3 and All Hallows.

Kerry has a particular interest in leading through values and this is a hallmark of the work of Depaul. She is also interested in how we can use leadership roles to ensure innovation and challenge the systemic issues that prevent people from moving through and out of homelessness.
