Family Christmas Appeal
"Truths can be hard and I've faced many this year..." Carol
When Carol came to Depaul's doors she was clearly in distress. Beside her her baby lay in a pram, oblivious to her Mother's distress.
"Me and my baby had walked the streets, knocking on doors, spending all day trying to find somewhere more permanent to live. But there's nothing out there for people like me.
Carol is like so many others out there. How did it come to this? Young Mother's with their children searching for somewhere to live. Living in limbo.
Carol has suffered so many blows in her life, it's hard for her to get over being homeless. Yet she is determined to build a future for herself and her child. And with you and all the people at Depaul behind her, I know she will succeed.
Please give what you can this Christmas to keep the doors of Depaul open to young Mothers like Carol.
