But when Se\u00e1n closed his front door behind him for the final time that cold winter morning, the clunk of the latch felt like a slap.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was the moment he had to face the terrible truth \u2014 he was homeless.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se\u00e1n is forever grateful to you for your kindness, your generosity, and for helping him hold onto hope, even on his very darkest day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>For those with no bed of their own\u2026<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last year, Depaul agreed to take over six homeless hostels in Wexford, Cork, Carlow, Longford and Waterford. But now we urgently need your help to replace 224 tired, old mattresses&#8230;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every new mattress costs around \u20ac89. Our dream is to raise enough to renew all 224 beds in our new services across the Republic of Ireland.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We also urgently need your help to replace 87 mattresses at our homeless hostels in Northern Ireland in Antrim, Down, Derry and Tyrone&#8230; Each new mattress here costs \u00a370.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
