Graduate Programme 2026

I began with Depaul in 2013 as a volunteer, and after gaining professional experience, returned in 2018. Since then, I have progressed from project worker to project group manager. Depaul’s values-led culture, mentorship and non-judgmental support have nurtured my growth. I witness daily how empowering service users and staff transforms lives. Every day, I spot hope. For me, working here is a vocation, not a job, and I am honored to contribute to ending homelessness.

I have worked with Depaul since May 2009, commencing as a deputy manager before progressing through a number of different roles until my present day position of Lead Project Group Manager for NI services. Depaul’s Values based approach to leadership is very much aligned to my own standards and beliefs. Those Values provide assurance and encouragement to all Depaul staff whether they are new to the organisation or longer term like myself. I believe Depaul is a leader within the homelessness sector and I am proud to be associated with the many great people who deliver valuable services across the island.
