Director of Operations and Compliance

Ross O’Connor Kenny has worked in the homeless, housing, and care sectors for over 15 years and joined Depaul in 2022. He has led national and regional teams through service development, quality improvement, and digital transformation, always keeping the people who use our services at the heart of decision-making.

Ross holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Lean Quality Systems – Healthcare from the University of Limerick, as well as an MA in English from NUI Maynooth. He combines strategic leadership with a practical, hands-on approach and values working in a mission-driven organisation where collaboration, integrity, and real human impact guide the work every day
