Director of People & Organisation

Sarah has worked in the area of Human Resources for over 20 years and joined Depaul in 2018 as a Director of People & Organisation. Prior to this she held a number of senior HR positions in large multinational organisations, including EY, Allianz and DHL where she gained considerable experience in talent management and organisational development.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick and a Masters in Human Resources Strategies from Dublin City University. She is a Chartered member of the CIPD.

Sarah believes in the vision, mission and values of Depaul and champions a culture of learning and development.
