Barbara was appointed Senior Quality and Compliance Manager for Depaul in February 2020. Prior to this Barbara was Senior Services Manager for the Republic of Ireland. Barbara has been working in the community and voluntary sector since 1993 and has spent the last 20 years working in homeless services in a variety of management and leadership roles. Having worked extensively with SVP and Dublin Simon, she has been working with Depaul since 2007.
She has experience of leading change in services and in the development of new services. Barbara possesses qualifications in Management & Employee Relations, Mental Health and Leadership. She has a strong commitment to Servant Leadership and particularly enjoys working in Depaul, a values driven organisation where the service user is at the centre of our work.
