Joe has served on numerous boards, such as the Trinity Care Nursing Home Group, where he concentrated on regulation and quality. He also provides consultancy and training to statutory bodies, community organisations, and private service providers, specialising in strategic planning, quality improvement, compliance support, policy development, and the mentoring of CEOs. His work has included contributions to the development of national standards and best practice guidelines for health and social care services
