Rooted in the legacy of St. Vincent de Paul, this unique year-long programme has empowered over 250+ staff and trustees since 2005. Participants from across our seven global subsidiaries – including the UK, Ireland, France, Croatia, Ukraine, Slovakia, and the USA – unite to deepen their understanding of Depaul’s core values.

 

Join our Vincentian Values in Leadership programme

 

  • Global Knowledge Sharing: Exchange insights and best practices with Depaul colleagues working in different cultural and operational contexts.
  • Service Improvement: Bring home valuable learning and fresh perspectives to directly improve your own services and professional practice.
  • Full Immersion Experience: Spend 3-5 days fully immersed in a host country’s operations, gaining a deep understanding of their unique challenges and successes.
