You are invited to brave the elements on Friday, the 25th of June by swapping your warm bed for a sleeping bag! Take part in Depaul’s Sleep Out and help raise funds for people experiencing homelessness. By taking part you will gain a small insight in to the challenges faced by many vulnerable people.

You can help end homelessness by hosting your own Sleep Out in your back garden or in any socially distanced location, while adhering to current guidelines. All funds raised will ensure that Depaul can continue to support vulnerable individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

What do you need to do?
  • Choose a location. Whether it’s your back garden or local beauty spot, just make sure to stay safe and adhere to current restrictions.
  • Register to take part HERE. As soon as you register you’ll receive your virtual Sleep Out pack.
  • Set up a Just Giving page for your group and link it to Depaul’s Sleep Out campaign. For the Republic of Ireland click HERE. For Northern Ireland click HERE.
  • Spread the word to gain support.
  • The majority of people will Sleep Out on the 25th of June, but you can hold your event on a different date if that works better for you.
  • Celebrate your success! Organise a prize-giving for the individual or team who raised the most funds.
