Joe Wolfe is the co-founder and Director of Wolfe Improve Ltd, a company that specialises in enhancing health and social care services through regulatory compliance support, training and development, and organisational improvement. Holding an MSc in Applied Governance, an MSc in Mental Health, and certifications including R.N.I.D, R.P.N, Cert Applied Education Studies, and Cert Applied Quality Assurance.
Joe has over 35 years of clinical, managerial, and research experience in mental health, social care, and disability services across Ireland and the UK. He has held senior roles in sectors including mental health, disability, and elderly care, and has extensive board experience focusing on governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Joe has served on numerous boards, such as the Trinity Care Nursing Home Group, where he concentrated on regulation and quality. He also provides consultancy and training to statutory bodies, community organisations, and private service providers, specialising in strategic planning, quality improvement, compliance support, policy development, and the mentoring of CEOs. His work has included contributions to the development of national standards and best practice guidelines for health and social care services.
