The team working in this community based service work hard to prevent vulnerable families from becoming homeless. They offer advice and support to help families who have moved out of homeless services to maintain their new home and help families at risk of homelessness from becoming homeless.

Every family will have different needs so their appointed support worker will work with them to create and implement a personalised support plan depending on the needs of the family.

The support is very flexible and can last for as long or short a time as needed, though not normally longer than two years at any one time. The service is also flexible in that families can re-refer back in as many times as needed for support.

The floating support service is free for all families in all types of tenancies from Private Rental / Owner Occupied to Housing Executive and Housing Association; however, we cannot support families who are currently residing in a supported hostel. Referrals are accepted through the Housing Executive, Social Services and other agencies – or call the telephone number below for further information.
